So the Milf seems to think that about once a week or so I should do a post devoted to talking about wine for people who know nothing about it but are interested.I can do that. I can blather on about wine till your bored to tears and begging me to stop or for the sweet release of death.
If you think I should do this let me know.
What should I talk about. I could talk about what I am drinking lately but for the most part if you're not independently wealthy then you wont be getting to drink that stuff. So I'll skip that part.
Would you like to know about specific wines, variatels, wine regions? how about where the new up and commers are coming from?
What wine goes with what?

Chef: I think you putting out a weekly post about wine is a great idea. You have the training, the passion, and the right attitude to do it well.
It would be nice to get your perspective as a chef vs the press or marketers.

Definitely a good idea. I have a friend who is good at this, and I love asking him for wine advice.
My promise to y'all: I will hog-tie the chef and make him write something. And, I won't even get distracted by the fact that he's tied-up and vulnerable and let that segway into utterly unproductive sex that would keep him from writing the wine posting.
Oh, I'd never make him choose. ;)
