This weekend is my B-day weekend. So Julie at work was telling all the regualrs that it was so they all started opicking out wines for me to drink with them in celebration.
This will make you just plain sick if you know wine but I can't help but gloat.

Chef's weekend wine list:
1: Turley Zinfinsdel an absolute steal at $89 a bottle (this is the Same Helen Turley that no one in the SouthEast can get their filthy little hands on, the same in fact that wine makers around the world attempt to emulate and then call their wines "Turlyesque")Straight out of the bottle a rich, velvety smooth fruit-bomb.

2: The Comtess De Champagne 1995 by Tattinger MM what a delicious, sinful bottle of bubbles...light toasty notes with some rich vanilla on the finish...it is like drinking sex...

3: Casari Mara Amarone Reserva...Huge Amarone if you've never had a good amarone go to your local winemonger and ask for some. or just ask me for some suggestions.

It's been said before. People pay a lot of money to live the way I do for free...It's good to be the Chef...
